Changing seasons add challenging conditions for the skin (dry weather, humidity, etc). The flexibility of our membership allows for seasonal changes & upgrades if needed!

  • It's simple! Just book the Membership Classic Custom Facial, and your membership will start that day.

  • If you refer anyone to Nivali and they mention your name, you get $50 credit.

  • Yes. You can and pay the difference if it is at a higher value. No refunds.

  • Membership treatments are non transferrable.

  • No you cannot.

  • 6 months is the minimum required time to sign up.

  • If you miss a month, that credit must be used the following month towards a service upgrade (ie. Laser Genesis, Hydrafacial Premier, Forma, Hydraglow, or Add-ons) with next facial.

    If your service upgrade goes over your monthly credit amount, the client is required to pay the difference.

    Only one month can be missed at a time and up to two months missed in a membership year. 

  • Simply book any treatment of higher value and pay the difference at the time of your appointment.

  • Yes! Our Classic Custom Facial and Fire & Ice Facial are pregnancy-safe.

  • You can now miss one month and apply that credit toward a service upgrade the following month.
    Eligible sample upgrades include:

    • Laser Genesis

    • Hydrafacial Premier

    • Forma

    • Hydraglow

     Or you can also redeem that credit for add-ons during your next facial!

     If your chosen upgrade exceeds the credit amount, simply pay the difference.
     Only one month can be missed at a time, with a max of two missed months per membership year.

  • You get billed the same day you signed up every month.

  • Yes. You can add another treatment plus get a discount on your second treatment. 

  • To cancel your membership please email hello@nivaliskin.com or call/text the clinic at 250-661-7994.

  • You can put your membership on hold after 6 months for up to 60 days. We require 30 days notice by emailing hello@nivaliskin.com or call/text the clinic at 250-661-7994.

  • If you start your membership on the 5th of the month, your next treatment will be scheduled between the 5th of the following month and the 4th of the month after that.

  • Select your treatment, then click the “Add-ons” icon and choose any two add-ons valued at up to $65 each.
