Contact us to pay your $150 membership fee. Your yearly membership will start on the day of your payment.

*Memberships renew annually. Please notify us prior to the end of your membership year if you wish to cancel. Refunds are not available.

Your treatment must be used within 30 days of your actual birthday and does not extend past 30 days.

No you cannot. The birthday gift is redeemable for the treatments listed above and can be upgraded to a Luxe Facial, Sculpt & Glow or Ultimate Body Experience only.
