About Fractora (Radio Frequency Microneedling)
Discover a healthy, younger-looking you with this superior solution for minimizing wrinkles, improving complexion, and reducing irregularities. Fractora is a skin resurfacing treatment in place of a CO2 laser that combines micro-needling and radio frequency to reduce deeper lines, wrinkles, and acne scars and to treat Hyperhidrosis and cystic acne. For best results, we recommend treatments once a month for 3-6 sessions. There is some downtime for most clients, as skin is red for 3-5 days after treatment.

What Does Fractora Treat?
Fractora treats a host of skincare concerns, including:
Fine Line + Wrinkles
Sagging Skin
Cystic Acne
Acne Scars
Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating)
How Does Fractora Work?
Fractora delivers radio-frequencies to the skin through delicate micro-pins. These small micro-channels produce localized heat and small micro-lesion dots. The heat generated by this process travels into the sub-dermal tissu, thus promoting collagen restructuring. The micro-lesions are scattered, allowing the skin to heal more quickly. Radio-frequency energy enables the skin to heat in a controlled manner; this heat dramatically improves the appearance of the skin.
At Nivali, we use the InMode Fractora device, an advanced piece of skincare tech that delivers radio frequency in a controlled manner to the skin. InMode is a highly trusted and widely used piece of medical aesthetics equipment.
Who is Fractora Suitable For?
Generally speaking, you’ll skin that’s in healthy condition before you start Fractora. What that means is that your skin is generally well-hydrated, not too sensitive, and has responded well to any treatments or new products you’ve tried in the past.
Fractora is basically the closest thing to a facelift without a surgical approach. If you’re looking for dramatic skin tightening and a reversal of fine lines and wrinkles, Fractora may be the perfect solution for you.
Does the Procedure Hurt?
There is a small amount of discomfort with Fractora, but this is still considered a minimally invasive procedure. We make sure that you’re as comfortable as possible - numbing cream is applied before your procedure to ensure that there’s no unnecessary discomfort.
What Is the Healing Process Like?
Your skin will appear red and possibly slightly puffy after your treatment for about 2-3 days. This will gradually fade, with full healing happening within about seven days. There may also be some itching that occurs while your skin heals; be sure not to scratch! Your skin is delicate during this time and is prone to further irritation. It’s also important to note that your skin will be especially susceptible to UV damage during the treatment and healing process; SPF is an essential component of your post-treatment care!
A full post-procedure skincare regimen is provided after your treatment is completed!
Fractora Client: 5-Day Post-Procedure Progress (Including Home Care Routine)!
When Will I See Results?
Results happen quickly - you’ll start to see your skin changing within about two weeks, with further improvements happening gradually over the course of about three months. More dramatic results will take place with more treatments and depending on the schedule of your treatment plan.
What Kind of Results Can I Expect?
This treatment is the gold standard for reversing aging skin and damaged skin; the results are remarkable! Deep lines + wrinkles can be corrected and smoothed, cystic acne can be treated, and even scarring can be faded.
