*Disclaimer: With any esthetic procedure or product, results may vary depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, skin type, condition, and pigmentation. To ensure our clients get the best possible results, we require pre-treatment consultations to determine which product or service is right for you. Nivali Skin cares about your optimal skin health and reserves the right to decide if certain advanced skin therapies are recommended for our clients. Services packages expire in one year, pre-purchased promotions expire in six months. Prices may change without notice. Some restrictions may apply. Credit card required for all bookings.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made within 48 hours of appointment will be charged 50% appointment fee and Cancellations less than 24 hours’ notice or non-arrivals will be charged 100% of the appointment fee or gift certificate will be redeemed. Consultations cancelled under 48 hours and non-arrivals will be charged $100 and 15-minute consultations charged $75. While we understand that illness and unforeseen circumstances can arise, this policy applies in all situations. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge responsibility for the full appointment fee. We appreciate your understanding.
Online shopping: Once ‘Shipping’ is selected as the delivery method it cannot be changed to ‘In-clinic Pick Up’. No refunds on service promotions or sale items. For in-clinic pick-up orders, products will be held for up to two weeks. After this period, shipping arrangements will be made for a nominal fee.
